416 New COVID-19 Cases In Arkansas As Phase 2 Reopening Begins Across State

During the press conference today, Governor Hutchinson spoke about the number of COVID-19 cases across the state and how a small number of households carried a larger number of positive cases over the last few days. The Governor also signed an executive order regarding the legal responsibility of restaurant owners and staff as it relates to the potential spread of the virus and how things should be handled as Arkansas enters Phase Two of the reopening process.

Also, Phase Two includes reopening for elective dental procedures, greater dine-in capacity at restaurants, and other changes to gyms, salons, barbershops, and other area businesses.
