South Carolina Serial Killer Claims He Has More Victims

A convicted serial killer in South Carolina claims he killed more people that haven't been discovered. Todd Kohlhepp wrote in an 8 page letter to "The Herald-Journal" newspaper in Spartanburg that he tried to tell investigators that he had more victims than they knew about.  Kohlhepp says his claims were blown off.  He didn't admit how many other victims might be out there, saying he didn't see a reason to give numbers or locations.  The 46-year-old was convicted of killing 7 people and was given 7 life sentences.

Kohlhepp was captured in 2016 when police rescued a woman chained up in a container on his property.
